Privacy Policy

This is the privacy policy for snowai.studio, the website operated by Snow AI (a brand of Snow Labs LLC, a Delaware company). We've kept it short and in plain English because nobody reads the legalese version. If something here is unclear, email info@snowai.studio and we'll explain.

What we collect

Two categories — that's it.

• Information you give us via the contact form: your name, email, company, and the free-text answer to "what are you trying to do with AI?"
• Anonymous usage data: which page you visited, roughly when, and whether you clicked through to the blog or contact form. This is used in aggregate to understand which posts are useful. We do not associate it with your identity.

What we don't collect

• We don't run third-party ad pixels (no Facebook Pixel, no Google Ads tag, no LinkedIn Insight Tag).
• We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
• We don't have user accounts or logins, so there's nothing to log in to and nothing to leak from.
• We don't fingerprint your browser or device beyond what's required to render the page.

How we use it

• Contact form submissions go directly to our team email and are used to reply to you and schedule a call. If we end up working together, we may add your email to a low-volume project communications thread; you can opt out at any time by replying with the word "unsubscribe."
• Anonymous analytics is used to understand which posts and pages are landing well so we know what to write next.

Where we store it

• Email lives in our business email inbox (Google Workspace) and, if a conversation progresses to a project, in our CRM.
• The website itself is static HTML hosted by a static-site provider (currently Porkbun static hosting). Static files don't have a database to leak.

How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: indefinitely, unless you ask us to delete them. Most consulting relationships have a long tail, and we'd rather have your old emails than not.
• Anonymous analytics: retained in aggregate. Individual session data isn't kept beyond what the analytics provider needs to compute totals.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Send you everything we have on you.
• Delete it.
• Correct it.

We respond within 30 days. Email info@snowai.studio with the subject line "Data request" and we'll handle it. If you live in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), those rights apply here whether you invoke them by name or not.

Cookies

We don't set tracking cookies. The site may use one functional cookie required by the static host for session continuity; it expires when you close the browser. No third-party cookies are set by anything we control.

Third-party services

• We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible or Cloudflare Web Analytics) for the anonymous traffic data described above. Neither shares data with advertising networks.
• If you click an external link from this site (for example, a blog post citation), the destination has its own privacy policy. We don't control it.
• If we wire up a real form handler in the future (such as Formspree), this page will be updated to reflect what they collect on our behalf.

Children

This is a B2B consulting site. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the site isn't directed at children.

Updates to this policy

We'll update this page if our practices change. The "last updated" date at the top of the page is the source of truth. Material changes will get a one-line note added here.
